Who we are

SEOBRA S.A.S. designs, builds and rehabilitates schools, colleges, hospitals, clinics and community centres that transform the lives of thousands of families in the most remote and demanding regions of Latin America.

Our core experience lies in delivering works of high social and humanitarian impact, developed in partnership with embassies, international cooperation agencies and multilateral bodies such as USACE (United States Army Corps of Engineers), USARSO and Milgroup. We build dignified, safe and sustainable spaces with drinking water systems, solar power and first-class medical and teaching technology.

Sectors

Education

Notable projects include the reconstruction of the Kamuan Rural Ethno-educational Institution in Manaure (La Guajira) with a deep well and potabilisation plant, and the Libardo Lozano Urban School in Pradera (Valle del Cauca).

Health

We have delivered one and two-storey hospital clinics in Trupillo, Piura and Arequipa, maternal and child health centres in Lima, health centres in Tumaco, prosthetics workshops in Cucuta and Emergency Operations Centres (COER) and community centres in Peru, Bolivia and Colombia.
