A team that builds with purpose

Behind every classroom, every clinic and every community centre there is a technical team working in some of the most remote and demanding regions of Latin America. Civil engineers, architects, site managers, safety officers and administrative staff who share one standard: delivering quality works where they are needed most.

How we work

Working in partnership

We operate alongside embassies, cooperation agencies and multilateral bodies. That way of working demands documentary rigour, strict compliance with international specifications and the ability to account for results before external auditors.

Presence on site

Our staff live and work in the areas where we intervene. Knowing the terrain and the community is part of the method, not an addition: in remote regions, logistics and the relationship with the community determine whether the works succeed.

Safety and wellbeing

Industrial safety and the wellbeing of our staff are contract conditions, not a declarative goal. Our record of USACE safety awards backs that practice.

Training and continuity

We train our staff in international school construction standards, seismic resistance and environmental management. We want the knowledge to stay with the team and in the region, not to depend on one person.
