In addition to the school building, the contract included the construction of a deep well with its groundwater abstraction system and the supply and implementation of the water treatment required for the educational infrastructure to operate properly.
Without safe water a school cannot operate. Integrating the water supply into the construction contract avoids the usual problem of educational facilities handed over unable to function.
