The contract covered the design and full reconstruction of the school, including commissioning: not only the civil works, but also the installations, the fit-out and the testing required before handover.
Delivered in a rural area of Cauca, with the access and supply difficulties typical of the region. The schedule was met in line with the programme approved by USACE.
